Diane Gavin

Diane Gavin is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Transformative Social Change at Saybrook University. She holds a PhD from Syracuse University, with master's degrees in higher educational administration, English education, and theoretical linguistics. Her certifications include data-driven strategy (Michigan State University), academic program evaluation (Bay Path University), and creativity/innovation (Duke University). She is completing a graduate certificate in consumer neuroscience via Fielding Graduate University.

Her expertise spans organizational research, policy, performance management, consumer neuroscience, and creativity studies. She focuses on integrating transdisciplinary approaches to address institutional and workplace challenges. Diane actively serves as a methodologist and committee member supporting students in the Transformative Social Change program.
