Frank Rojas

Dr. Frank Rojas serves as the inaugural Vice President for Strategy at Bay Path University, leading strategic initiatives for institutional growth and mission execution. He joined Bay Path in 2022 as Vice President of Enrollment Management and played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Cambridge College. Concurrently, he holds an adjunct faculty position teaching across undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs.

Rojas specializes in higher education administration, organizational development, and student-centered innovation. With 25+ years of cross-continental experience, he has driven transformative initiatives including strategic planning, graduate program expansion, workforce partnerships, and systems integration to enhance student success. His leadership expanded Bay Path's footprint to Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Boston, and Puerto Rico, serving over 4,500 students through hybrid and online modalities.
