Derek Chan

Derek Chan is a Lecturer at Cornell University, teaching Creative Writing and Academic Composition. He holds an MFA from Cornell (as a university fellow) and a First-Class Honours in Literary Studies and Psychology from Monash University. His poetry has been published in New England Review, Best of Australian Poems, Oxford Poetry, and others. He was an editor of EPOCH journal and has received prestigious awards including the Corson-Browning Poetry Prize and Arthur Brown Thesis Prize.
