Denver Seifried

Dennis Seifried serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Trombone in the Music Department at Wittenberg University, where he has been a faculty member since 2000.

His academic credentials include:

• BS in Music Education from Bowling Green State University
• Master of Music in Trombone Performance from the University of North Texas

With a career spanning decades, Seifried has been the bass trombonist for the Springfield Symphony since 1965 and is an active member of the Symphony's Brass Quartet and Quintet. He has also performed with the Dayton Jazz Orchestra, the Johnny Mack Super Big Band, and the Wright State University/Community Trombone Ensemble. His performance experience includes touring with major musical productions such as Damn Yankees and A Chorus Line. Additionally, he is a member of the International Trombone Association.
