Denice Bay is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases at the Max Rady College of Medicine, University of Manitoba. Her research focuses on antimicrobial resistance mechanisms in Gram-negative, Gram-positive, and Mycobacterial species, utilizing multi-omics, electron microscopy, and biochemical techniques to investigate efflux pumps, outer membrane vesicles, and biofilm formation alterations under cationic antimicrobial exposure.
