Deborah Stevenson

Deborah Stevenson is a Lecturer at North Park University's School of Music, Art, and Theatre since 2018. A distinguished oboist with over 30 years of experience in the Chicagoland area, she founded the Metropolis Quartet and performs with the Metropolis and Lake Forest Symphonies, Chicago Symphony, Milwaukee Symphony, and other ensembles. Her career spans collaborations with artists like Bernadette Peters and Eddie Vedder, and she maintains a private teaching studio alongside academic appointments at Wheaton College and Vandercook University.
