Deborah Hurley

Deborah Hurley is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing at the Wegmans School of Nursing, St. John Fisher College. With over 30 years of experience, she has held diverse roles in clinical care, leadership, and education. Dr. Hurley maintains clinical practice as a Registered Nurse at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) in perioperative and learning and development roles, including ACLS Faculty and Emergenetics facilitator. She also holds leadership experience in nursing management and EMR implementation.

Her professional activities include contributions to American Heart Association programs and teaching courses such as Med Surg I and Pathophysiology I. She is actively involved in interdisciplinary education through IPE TeamSTEPPS initiatives.
