Deborah Erickson

Deborah Erickson is Dean and Professor of Education at Point Loma Nazarene University since 2013. She previously held leadership roles at California Lutheran University, including Assistant Dean, Interim Department Chair, and Program Director for Educational Leadership. Her work focuses on assessment and accreditation, educational leadership, organizational change, and instructional leadership.
