Debbie Hickman

Dr. Debbie Hickman is the Subject Coordinator for the Secondary PGCE English program at the University of Chichester, where she also oversees Professional Studies modules and serves as a Link Tutor for the School Direct program. She leads Teacher Conversion and Subject Knowledge Enhancement Courses in English.

Debbie has prior experience as an English Advisor for Southampton Local Authority and as a subject leader/English teacher in Southampton schools. Her work bridges academic theory with practical training for educators.
