Davide Scotta

Davide Scotta is an anthropologist and lecturer at the International University of Rome (UNINT), holding positions since 2018. She specializes in cultural and tourism anthropology, educational poverty, and participatory action research. Since 2018, she has been a lecturer in Anthropology (SDEA/01) at the Faculty of Interpreting and Translation, and since 2021, a lecturer at the Laboratory of Modern Technologies for Innovative Teaching (UNINT). She also holds teaching roles in PAED/01, PAED/02 courses, and teacher qualification programs.

Her research focuses on school ethnography, identity dynamics, and community outskirts. Recent projects include the 2022/23 LifeComp initiative with Brazil's PUCRS, exploring higher education learning environments, and the 2021/22 project on school inclusion at Sapienza University of Rome. She is also a member of UNINT's selection commission for teacher specialization courses.

Her work bridges academic research with practical educational reforms, emphasizing systemic approaches to marginalized communities and participatory methodologies.
