Davide Ravasi

Davide Ravasi is a Professor of Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management and Co-Director of the PhD Programme at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass). He explores interrelations between organizational identity, culture, and strategy during change, with a focus on material and affective dimensions. His work bridges organizational theory, design management, and institutional studies, highlighting how artifacts, history, and cultural processes influence strategic innovation.
