David Wiseman is an Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law, currently on academic leave (2025-26). He holds degrees from Monash University (B.Ec./LL.B Hons), University of Toronto (LL.M, S.J.D), and specializes in access to justice, social/economic human rights, and housing rights.
