David Wilman

Dr. David Wilman (1936–2020) was a distinguished academic and Olympian, serving as Reader in Agricultural Sciences at Aberystwyth University from 1969 to 2002. His career spanned over three decades, marked by significant contributions to grassland science and agricultural education. A double Olympian in hockey (1964 Tokyo and 1968 Mexico), he exemplified the 'old school' academic-sportsman ethos.
