David Tarvin is an instructional associate professor and director of the undergraduate departmental honors program at Texas A&M University’s Department of Communication & Journalism. He also serves as the department coordinator for education abroad, advocating strongly for students to study abroad. Prior to his current role, he taught abroad in Costa Rica and joined Texas A&M in 2014 after earning his Ph.D. in Communication from Louisiana State University in 2013.
