David Swenson

Professor David Swenson is the George G. Kelly Professor of Law at Baylor Law School, where he teaches Antitrust, Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Sports Law, and Negotiable Instruments. He has served the Law School since 1982, including as Associate Dean (1984-1988), and remains active in teaching and admissions.

Professional activities include:

• Serving as Baylor's representative to the Law School Admission Council since 1983
• Supervising legal services internship programs
• Board membership for Lonestar Legal Aid Corporation
• Committee work for the ABA Intellectual Property Law Section
