David Stanley is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Guelph's College of Social & Applied Human Sciences. His research focuses on organizational commitment, emotions in the workplace, replicability of psychological studies, and teamwork dynamics. He holds a PhD and MA from The University of Western Ontario and a BA from the University of Waterloo.
Dr. Stanley is actively involved in statistical methodology research, particularly addressing challenges in replication studies using Monte Carlo simulations.
