David Ramsey is Professor and Chair of the Reubin O'D. Askew Department of Government at the University of West Florida's College of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities. Dr. Ramsey holds a bachelor’s degree in government and English from Berry College, a master’s in liberal arts from St. John’s College, and a doctorate in political science from Baylor University.
