David R. Stras is an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Iowa. He currently serves as a Justice on the Minnesota Supreme Court, appointed in 2010 and elected to a six-year term in 2012. He clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Fourth Circuits and Justice Clarence Thomas of the U.S. Supreme Court.
