David R. Khan

David R. Khan, Ph.D., is a Professor of Biochemistry at West Texas A&M University's Paul Engler College of Agriculture and Natural Sciences, Department of Chemistry and Physics. He has served the institution since 2009, after completing postdoctoral research at Fox Chase Cancer Center.

• Education: B.A. in Chemistry (1999) from Florida Atlantic University; Ph.D. in Biochemistry (2007).

Dr. Khan specializes in developing liposomal-based cancer therapeutics, focusing on drug efficacy evaluation through in vitro tumor microenvironment models. His work bridges biochemical research with translational applications in oncology.
