David Kroon

David Kroon is an Associate Professor of Strategy & Organization at the School of Business and Economics, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He holds a Ph.D. from Tilburg University, along with a Research Master (cum laude) and BSc in Business Economics (cum laude) from the same institution. He is an Affiliate Member of the European M&A Institute. His research focuses on interorganizational collaboration, organizational change, and post-merger integration, emphasizing human aspects like identity, justice, trust, and emotions.
