David Clubb

David Clubb is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Social Sciences and Professions, London Metropolitan University. He holds academic qualifications in environmental science and has extensive experience in environmental NGOs, education sectors across the UK, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, and London. His current roles include Module Leader, Course Leader, and Programme Co-ordinator.

Education background: Environmental Science academic training with prior NGO work transitioning to education. Teaching focuses on foundation year modules including Critical Thinking, Researching Discrimination, Researching Inequality, and Media/Crime/Race topics. He also leads undergraduate Sustainability and Environmental Justice modules and postgraduate Climate Change fundamentals courses.

Research interests emphasize sustainability, environmental justice, climate change, and social inequality. He actively participates in institutional sustainability governance through the Carbon and Environment Management Plan Governance Board and Education for Sustainable Development Specialist Group membership.
