David Chatwin is a Professor of Bassoon and Wind Repertoire Coach at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM), where he has taught since 1977. He served as Principal Bassoon of the BBC Philharmonic for 44 years (1972–2016), collaborating with renowned conductors and soloists globally.
