David Berri is a Professor of Economics at Southern Utah University with over 25 years of research experience in sports economics and gender equity in athletics. He has authored six books and over 90 academic papers, focusing on labor markets in professional sports, discrimination in coaching hierarchies, and the economics of women’s sports leagues.
