Sam Ehrlich

Sam Ehrlich, JD/PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Legal Studies at the Department of Management, Boise State University College of Business of Economics. He concurrently serves as Adjunct Faculty at Thomas Jefferson School of Law (TJSL), where he teaches sport law courses and sits on the National Sports Law Negotiation Competition board. His research centers on sports labor relations, antitrust exemptions in sports leagues, athlete fairness, and tort liability in overseeing athletic organizations.
