David Adey

David Adey, a Professor of Art & Design at Point Loma Nazarene University (PLNU), is a renowned artist and designer with a career spanning prestigious institutions and galleries. His work explores the intersection of physical bodies and digital culture through cut-paper collages, sculptures, and installations, often incorporating themes of mortality and resurrection. Adey’s art has been exhibited at major venues including the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.

Research Interests:

• Investigates the tension between analog and digital realms through labor-intensive artistic processes
