Darryl Pure

Darryl Pure serves as Clinical Professor of Leadership at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a faculty appointment at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine where he coordinates psychiatry group training. He teaches Interpersonal Dynamics across multiple academic years including 2024-2026 quarters.

His expertise spans group psychotherapy, leadership development, and organizational behavior, built over 38 years facilitating clinical and training groups globally in locations including Northern Ireland and Israel. His leadership approach emphasizes creating psychologically safe environments through warmth, presence, and strategic intervention to foster deep self-exploration and interpersonal learning within groups.
