Christine Carpenter is a Clinical Professor of Leadership at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of private practice experience, specializing in interpersonal dynamics and group processes. She serves as president of the Great Lakes Group Psychotherapy Society and teaches multiple sections of Interpersonal Dynamics annually at Booth.
Her research focuses on conscious/unconscious drivers of interpersonal behavior, relational development strategies, and psychologically-grounded leadership coaching. She integrates clinical insights into organizational contexts through experiential learning frameworks.
