Tate is a licensed clinical psychologist, executive coach, and organizational consultant with dual appointments at Yale: as Assistant Clinical Professor in Psychiatry (Yale School of Medicine) and Lecturer in Management (Yale School of Management). He teaches leadership and interpersonal dynamics in graduate and executive education programs and coaches global leaders in the Yale Greenberg World Fellows Program.
