Darius Miller

Darius Miller is a Professor and holds the Caruth Chair of Financial Management at the Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University. He serves as the Academic Director of the Kitt Investing and Trading Center. He earned his PhD from the University of California, Irvine.

His research focuses on financial market regulation, corporate governance, and financial disclosure. His work has been published in premier journals including the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, and Review of Financial Studies, demonstrating significant impact in finance and economics disciplines.
