Daphna El-Roy

Daphna El-Roy is an Assistant Professor at Kean University's College of Education, Department of Special Education and Literacy. Her work focuses on advancing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices for individuals with disabilities across the lifespan.

Her research emphasizes training ABA professionals in ethical practices, staff management, and physiological bases of learning and behavior. Recent work explores interprofessional collaboration, self-compassion, and soft-skill development through qualitative and feasibility studies.
