Danielle Couch is an Adjunct Professor at Monash University's Rural Health Bendigo department. She holds roles as General Manager of the Victorian Tasmanian PHN Alliance and Strategic Projects & Policy Advisor at the Bendigo and District Aboriginal Co-operative. Her research focuses on public and rural health, media discourse, and critical examinations of power dynamics in healthcare. She has been recognized with awards including the Australian Postgraduate Award (2009) and the Master of Public Health Student of the Year (2006).
Her work integrates sociological perspectives to address contemporary health challenges, particularly in rural and Indigenous contexts.
