Daniel Ziomko serves as a Lecturer at the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk within the Faculty of Instrumental Studies. He graduated with distinction from the Academy's piano program in 2018 under Professor Waldemar Wojtal and continues his third-cycle studies at the same institution.
His research and performance interests focus on piano performance, classical music interpretation, and chamber music. As an active pianist, he performs in piano trios and has received recognition at international competitions. His educational background includes significant training in piano performance with notable achievements in national and international piano competitions.
- 1st prize at the 3rd West Pomeranian Piano Competition (Szczecin 2013)
- 1st prize in the 7th International Giovani Musicisti Competition – Città di Treviso (2015)
- 6th Prize at the 49th National Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition (Warsaw 2018)
- Semi-finalist at the Stanisław Moniuszko International Polish Music Competition (Rzeszów 2019)
Ziomko has performed with the Szczecin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra and at prestigious venues including the Fryderyk Chopin Museum in Warsaw and the Royal Łazienki Park. He has participated in master classes with renowned instructors at the International Chopin Festival in Duszniki-Zdrój and has received artistic scholarships from both the Mayor of Stargard and the Rector of the Academy of Music in Gdańsk.
