Daniel Rueckert

Prof. Daniel Rueckert is the Alexander von Humboldt Professor for AI in Medicine and Healthcare at Technical University of Munich (TUM) and holds a concurrent professorship at Imperial College London. He focuses on advancing AI and machine learning for biomedical imaging applications, including image reconstruction, registration, segmentation, and clinical decision support systems. His academic career includes leadership roles such as Head of the Department of Computing at Imperial College (2016–2020).
