Daniel Pauly

Daniel Pauly is an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He is a Partner at Pauly, DeVries Smith and Deffner, LLC, specializing in advising businesses on intellectual property (IP) issues, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. His practice focuses on protecting emerging technologies through strategic IP rights and product development. Licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Minnesota Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for Minnesota, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, he is also a member of prominent legal associations.
