Karin Swope

Karin Swope serves as Adjunct Professor while maintaining an active legal practice at Keller Rohrback's Complex Litigation Group. Her expertise spans intellectual property law including trademark, copyright, and patent litigation, with focus areas in digital rights, trade secrets, and technology-related disputes.

Legal career includes clerkships with US District Court Judge John C. Coughenour and Third Circuit Court Judge Robert Cowen. She frequently lectures on IP law for Washington State Bar Association continuing education programs.
