Daniel Mahoney

Daniel Mahoney is an Adjunct Professor at Whitworth University's School of Business, teaching graduate courses since 2016. He serves on multiple advisory boards, including the Whitworth Business Advisory Board, ALVA (LED lighting), and Gonzaga University’s School of Professional Studies. His 30+ year career includes CEO roles at Hitachi Semiconductor America (2002-2011) and Fastor Systems (2012-2015), managing over $1B in annual sales and 1,000+ employees at peak.

• Professional Development: Completed Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation and the University of Chicago’s Finance for Executives course.

Research and advisory focus areas include leadership development, technology entrepreneurship, and corporate strategy. He actively mentors startups through Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners and coaches executives. Beyond academia, Mahoney is a U.S. Army and Washington National Guard veteran, Kairos Prison Ministry leader, and member of the United States Military Academy Association of Graduates.
