Dr Daniel Hanigan is a Junior Research Fellow-Elect (under Title A) at Trinity College, University of Cambridge (2024–2028). He holds a PhD in Classics from Corpus Christi College, Cambridge (2019–2023), and prior degrees from the University of Sydney: a BA and MPhil in Classics and Ancient History (2013–2018). His research focuses on Greek and Latin literature with interdisciplinary approaches.
Current affiliations include Trinity College and the Faculty of Classics. He is involved in initiatives such as the 'Bridging Binaries LGBTQ+ Tour' and the interdisciplinary symposium 'Localizing the Indigenous, Globalizing the Classics'.
