Daniel H. Neilson is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Bard College at Simon's Rock. He holds a PhD in Economics from Columbia University and BA from Bard College at Simon's Rock.
His research focuses on central banking, monetary policy, and China's financial system. He teaches courses in macroeconomics and international trade and finance. Neilson is the author of 'Minsky', a theoretical work on financial crisis, and writes 'Soon Parted', a newsletter on central banking and monetary theory.
