Daniel Cybulski is an Assistant Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, affiliated with the Faculty of Painting and the Department of Painting. Since 2024, he has served as Vice-Dean for the Painting major, following his tenure as Head of the Department of Painting (2020–2024). He is a member of the 3rd Painting Studio led by Professor Krzysztof Gliszczyński.
His education includes a Diploma in Painting (2013) and a Doctor of Arts degree (2018), both from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, with additional studies at Hochschule für Künste Bremen (2012).
Cybulski's research centers on painting and its conceptual dimensions, including the objectivity, structure, and spatial impact of artworks. He emphasizes foundational artistic elements—composition, color, light, and technology—often exploring themes like 'Excessive Image,' 'Naturalness of Oblivion,' and 'Basic Sounds.'
