Dr. Daniel Augenstein is an Associate Professor at Tilburg Law School, affiliated with the Public Law & Governance department. He holds positions in the Global Law & Governance research group and has taught courses on human rights, legal philosophy, and European law. His research focuses on human rights in global contexts, European constitutionalism, and the intersection of business operations with human rights.
