Prof. dr. Anne Lafarre is a Full Professor of Corporate Law and Finance at Tilburg Law School, Tilburg University. She serves as Program Director for the Dutch bachelor's specialization and master's degrees in Ondernemingsrecht (Business Law). Her research focuses on corporate sustainability, sustainable finance, global value chains, and empirical legal analysis. She leads the 'Connecting Responsible Organizations' research program and is part of the management team of the Private, Business, and Labour Law (PBLL) department.
