Dag Houdmont is an Assistant Professor of Dutch Literature at Université Libre de Bruxelles since 2011. He has previously taught in Brussels, Lille, Namur, and Louvain-la-Neuve, and worked in theater and journalism.
- Research Focus: Contemporary theater, short stories, imagery, travel writing, and gender identity analysis using Michel Foucault's concept of heterotopia.
- Current Work: A thesis on identity in the works of Tom Lanoye, a Dutch-speaking Belgian author.
