Cyrus Schayegh is a Professor of International History at the Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID) since 2017. He held prior roles as an Associate Professor at Princeton University and Assistant Professor at the American University of Beirut. His research focuses on transimperial history, global Middle Eastern studies, and Cold War dynamics in the Middle East and North Africa.
Education: PhD in History from Columbia University (2004).
