Craig Harvey

Craig Harvey, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of History, Classics, & Religion at the University of Alberta. He specializes in Roman Archaeology, focusing on the eastern provinces of the Roman Empire. His research integrates fieldwork in Jordan with studies of Roman imperialism, environmental adaptation, and frontier dynamics. He teaches courses on classical archaeology methodology, field techniques, and Roman provincial archaeology.
