Courtney Muscatello

Courtney Muscatello serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Interior Design program within the School of Design at Virginia Tech. She is also a Project Manager at Curate Workplace, balancing professional practice with academic instruction.

• Education: B.S. in Interior Design, Cum Laude (2011)

Her research interests focus on workplace design, commercial furniture, interior materials, and industry networking. She emphasizes practical concept presentation and professional relationships in her teaching.

Professional achievements include the 2017 Cranbrook Award from Knoll. She has worked in commercial and multi-family interiors across Northern VA, Charlotte, NC, and Tampa, FL, later transitioning to residential design in Denver, CO.
