Courtney Brooks is a Clinical Professor and Associate Dean for Faculty at the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. She serves as Director of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program (DWS), an award-winning alternative bar licensing program launched in 2005. The DWS Program integrates practical skills training with performance assessments, enabling students to bypass traditional bar exams and enter careers immediately post-graduation. Brooks teaches litigation, negotiation, and client-counseling courses tailored to the DWS curriculum.
