Cory Kegerise

Cory Kegerise is a Lecturer in Historic Preservation at the University of Pennsylvania's Weitzman School of Design. With over 20 years of public and nonprofit sector experience, he specializes in preservation policy and community engagement.

As Manager of History and Preservation Assistance Programs for the National Park Service (Northeast Region), he oversees National Historic Landmark designation, heritage documentation, and federal property programs. He previously led preservation initiatives at state agencies in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

He serves on the American Institute of Certified Planners and chaired the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions. His teaching emphasizes practical applications of preservation policy in urban contexts.
