Cortny Williams is a Professor in the Basic Sciences Department at the University of Western States (UWS), College of Chiropractic. She joined UWS in 2010 and teaches subjects including cell and molecular biology, metabolism, nutrition, physiology, and pathology. With a PhD in molecular microbiology and immunology (2006) and a postdoctoral fellowship at Oregon Health Sciences University (2008), she combines her academic expertise with roles as a certified team-based learning trainer-consultant and leader of the UWS community of research practice.
