Connie Foote

Connie Foote serves as an Instructor (currently on leave) within Acadia University's Nutrition program, bringing eighteen years of teaching experience and active private nutrition consulting practice to her academic role.

• Master of Applied Human Nutrition, Mount Saint Vincent University
• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Acadia University

A Registered Dietitian, her research and teaching focus centers on Food Service Management and Sensory Evaluation of Foods, with strong emphasis on Professionalism and Ethics for students entering dietetic internships and professional practice. She is dedicated to helping students identify critical connections between food science and nutritional outcomes.

Her extensive teaching career at Acadia includes instruction across multiple program options including Dietetics, Consumer Food, and Kinesiology specializations within the Nutrition degree framework.
