Colleen Peace

Colleen Peace serves as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at the Laura and Joe Street School of Nursing, West Texas A&M University, where she has been a faculty member since 2017. Her teaching responsibilities span the RN-B.S.N. track, Pre-Nursing curriculum, and Traditional Nursing program.

Dr. Peace's research focuses on nursing education methodologies, nursing informatics applications, and mental health pharmacology. Her clinical trial work at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center demonstrated critical differences in bioequivalence between generic and brand-name antidepressants, highlighting her contribution to evidence-based practice in psychopharmacology. She integrates clinical research insights into her curriculum development for both traditional and online nursing education.
